The Babar Series of books was created when Jean's wife Cécile de Brunhoff imagined the adventures of an Elephant leaving the jungle for a city like their hometown of Paris to comfort the couples children at night. The children liked the stories so much they asked their father Jean de Brunhoff, a painter at the time to create illustrations to go with the stories.
Printed on 200g acid-free high-quality gallery paper, that ensures a rich and vibrant display of colours. Packed and shipped in a protective card board tube. Fits standard frames, frame not included.

All orders are usually shipped with DPD using a next day service, however we also use Royal Mail or UPS depending on the size of parcel.
