No, we also have a lifestyle store situated in sunny Sidmouth on the Devon coast. We are just out of town and parking is available on site!
All parcels are wrapped with tissue with prices removed and branded wrapping etc. However we do offer a gift wrap service which you can find under "Lifestyle & Gifts" and costs £3.00. Once this is added to your basket we will wrap each item with quality wrapping paper and ribbons etc and remove any packing slips etc. You can add a handwritten note and we can send straight to recipient.
We use DPD for most parcels sent within the UK. We also use Royal Mail when dealing with complex address' or when we see fit.
Fot larger, furniture items we use a private delivery courier who specialises in door to door service.
Our standard shipping is 3-5 working days, however we are currently operating on a quicker service which means most parcels are going out the same day or the day after. Parcels are collected Mon-Fri and once they are in our couriers possession they are usually delivered the next day. This can change in busier periods and more remote locations. All tracking info is provided. Please contact us if you have any special requests.
Yes, we completely understand if for any reason you need to return your item. We ask for you to return your item within the 30 day window with the same care and packaging as it arrived. For more info please visit our Returns & Refunds page or get in touch!
