Russian Drone Strike Near Bus Kills Twelve in Eastern Ukraine

A Russian drone strike near a company shuttle bus in eastern Ukraine has resulted in twelve fatalities, according to a regional official. The incident occurred in the Pavlohrad district.

Preliminary information also indicates that seven additional individuals sustained injuries from the strike. Oleksandr Ganzha, the chief of the regional military administration, reported these details via Telegram. He stated, “We are investigating the details. An air alert is ongoing in the region.”

This attack follows a series of strikes from early Sunday, which had already injured at least nine people, according to local authorities. In Zaporizhzhia, a drone strike targeted a maternity hospital, injuring six individuals. Among those hurt were two women undergoing medical examinations at the time the facility was struck.

Separately, officials confirmed that three people lost their lives in other attacks. These incidents took place in Kherson, a city located in the south, and in Dnipro, a central Ukrainian city.
